Tiffany Cholez, CPA, Co-Founder and CEO Ms. Cholez has over fifteen years of experience in the accounting and finance profession, including ten years in venture capital and private equity.  Prior to co-founding Complete Financial Ops, Inc., Ms. Cholez was the Chief Financial Officer of Roaring Fork Capital and previously was the Controller of Centennial Ventures.  Ms. Cholez has been the principal financial officer of several portfolio companies and is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Colorado Society of CPAs.
	Derria Banta, CPA, Co-Founder and President Ms. Banta has over eleven years of accounting and finance experience.  Most recently Ms. Banta served as the Vice President of Finance and Adminstration for Centennial Ventures and Platte River Ventures.  Ms. Banta has six years of experience in venture capital and private equity accounting.  Prior to joining Centennial Ventures in 2002, Ms. Banta was an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.  Ms. Banta is a Certified Public Accountant.
	Leah Davey, CPA, Accounting Manager Prior to joining CFO, Ms. Davey was the Accounting Manager at Centennial Ventures.  Ms. Davey began her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and was an Audit Senior prior to joining Centennial Ventures.  Ms. Davey is a Certified Public Accountant.
	Alissa Manske, CPA, Accounting Manager Ms. Manske recently joined Complete Financial Ops, Inc. and was previously an Audit Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Ms. Manske is a Certified Public Accountant.
	Carolyn Monday, Executive Assistant / Accounting Specialist Prior to joining CFO, Ms. Monday spent over 22 years of her career at Centennial Ventures serving in a variety of capacities.  Ms. Monday is primarily responsible for the limited partner databases CFO maintains for each of our clients, transmitting limited partner correspondence, as well as assisting with other general accounting needs.
	Coleen Spinden, Senior Accountant Ms. Spinden spent over 20 years of her career in the accounting department at Centennial Ventures.  Ms. Spinden specializes in general fund accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel and entertainment expense reporting, payroll and cash management.  Jan Carl, Accounting Specialist - Family Office Group Ms. Carl has over 25 years of accounting experience.  She began her career as an auditor with McGladrey & Pullen in their Minneapolis and Davenport offices.  For the last 15 years Ms. Carl has specialized in Family Office Accounting for high net worth individuals.
